John is the Chief Executive Officer of American Restoration Operations. Prior to joining American Restoration, John served as the Chief Operating Officer for private equity-backed Aftermath Services where he contributed to annually growing revenue by 25% and locations by 15% leading to a successful sale. He was also General Manager for Tyco Integrated Security for a 5-state area as well as Vice President of Commercial Operations for ADT and has services experience with McKinsey & Company. John has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Richmond.

Tim Reed
CFO

Tim is the Chief Financial Officer of American Restoration Operations. Prior to American Restoration, Tim was Chief Financial Officer for Architectural Surfaces Group (a Trive Capital portfolio company) which he helped grow from $50M to over $250M in revenue through acquisitions and organic growth and combined with another company to take public. He was also Chief Financial Officer for Kiva Kitchen and Bath (a Rock Hill Capital portfolio company) and Distribution International (a Grey Mountain Partners portfolio company) and led successful sales of both companies. Tim has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Michael Heims
Acquisition Associate

Michael Heims is the Acquisition Associate of American Restoration Operations. Prior to joining American Restoration, Michael worked for Elli Lilly and Company and helped lead the integration efforts of Novartis Animal Health, a $5.6B acquisition. Michael left Lilly to join Brightlamp, a startup he cofounded in college, and scaled that company to an eight-figure valuation through multiple rounds of angel and venture financing. Michael received his B.S. in Finance and Management from Purdue University.

Travis Spotts
FP&A Manager

Travis Spotts is the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager of American Restoration Operations. Prior to joining American Restoration, Travis was the Vice President of Finance and Operations at World Trade Center Indianapolis where he standardized the financial operations and helped lead the startup company to increased annual revenue each year.  Travis has also served as a Financial Planning and Analysis director for the Indiana Office of Management and Budget and lead analyst for the cash management team at JPMorgan Asset Management.  Travis received his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University.
